Counselling
What is counselling ?
Counselling can give you the opportunity to talk about yourself and a problem you are facing, with a professional counsellor.

Your counsellor is trained to respect your views and feelings. She/he will help you to see your situation more clearly, and help you to identify ways in which you might make changes and take responsibility for your life.
Counselling is about helping you to help yourself, it is not about giving advice.
